Nathan Trapp

Nathan Trapp is a Firefighter/Paramedic serving the citizens of Mansfield for over 5 years. Prior to joining the Mansfield Fire Department, he served in the United States Army as an Airborne Infantryman. Nathan has been married to his wife Ronda for 12 years and has one 7 year old son. Nathan has long had interest in psychology and mental health. He received a Bachelor’s Degree from The University of Texas at Arlington, in 2011, majoring in Social Psychology. His passions for psychology and serving others have deep roots and are informed by personal as well as family experiences involving trauma, depression, substance abuse, and loss. He understands the benefits of peer support and counseling/therapy on a personal level and encourages others to seek them when needed.
