Daniel Frisby

Daniel Frisby initiated his career in public service in 2010, enlisting in the Army at 23 and serving as a combat medic
with the esteemed Big Red 1 in Fort Riley, Kansas. His dedication led him to Afghanistan in 2012, where he provided
vital medical support. Post-deployment, Daniel transitioned to a role at Walter Reed Military Medical Center as a
physical therapist technician, aiding injured warriors and recognizing the integral role of mental healthcare in
recovery. In 2016, Daniel furthered his commitment to public service by pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Public Health at the
University of Texas at Arlington, graduating in 2020. His academic and professional journey steered him towards
emergency management, where he has been instrumental in local municipalities, culminating in his current role as
Assistant Emergency Manager Coordinator in Mansfield. On the home front, Daniel has been married since 2007 and
is a dedicated father to two children. Deeply involved in his community, he is an active member of Walnut Ridge
Baptist Church in Mansfield, TX. His life is anchored by his faith, which he considers a fundamental pillar, guiding his
advocacy for faith-integrated mental healthcare and a holistic approach to life's challenges.
